Position Overview

This role is made for someone with a few years under their belt who’s ready for more responsibility and creative ownership. You’ll concept and craft high-impact visuals across digital, print, branding, social, and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with team members and clients to bring ideas to life. You’ll be encouraged to lead, push your craft, and step into a bigger role over time.

Open seats for designers at Ghost are rare. We’re a tight crew with low turnover and high standards, which means when we do hire, it’s a big deal. I’m looking for serious creative talent. Someone who loves good design, big ideas, and being part of a team that punches above its weight. If that sounds like you, I’d love to meet.

What You’ll Do

• Translate ideas into compelling design across web, social, print, and branding
• Collaborate with creative leads to shape the look and feel of campaigns and identities
• Present ideas internally and externally with confidence and clarity
• Design collateral, graphics, and digital content that are both creative and functional
• Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality high and timelines tight
• Offer feedback to others and contribute to a strong creative culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house team
• A strong portfolio that shows both concept and craft
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• A strategic mind with a good design gut
• Confidence and curiosity in equal measure
• Someone who plays well with others but knows how to lead when the moment calls for it

Bonus if You Also Have

• Motion design or video editing skills
• Experience building decks for creative pitches
• Comfort in front of clients
