As a key part of our development team, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic functionality, utilizing industry-standard tools and platforms to build scalable, responsive interfaces that prioritize the client’s needs and the user’s experience. Responsibilities

• Craft Exceptional UI:

  Build and maintain visually stunning, responsive designs using semantic HTML and modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, and Custom Properties).

• Dynamic Implementation:

  Translate static designs into functional, dynamic templates within WordPress, ensuring seamless data flow between the CMS and the frontend.

• Scalable Styling:

  Utilize Tailwind CSS to maintain consistency and high-performance styling across project lifecycles.

• Bring Motion to the Web:

  Create engaging animations and transitions that elevate the user experience (experience with GSAP is a fantastic bonus!).

• Collaborate in Real-Time:

  Partner closely with our designers and developers on-site to solve challenges and push the limits of what we build.

• Optimize & Refine:

  Ensure every site we build is fast, accessible, and works flawlessly across all browsers and devices through rigorous QA and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Core Stack Mastery (Required):

  You are highly proficient in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. You understand how the browser renders code and have a passion for clean, maintainable architecture.

• Template Logic & CMS Literacy (Required):

  You understand how to bridge the gap between a CMS and the frontend. You should be comfortable working with WordPress template logic and understand how to map dynamic data to UI components.

• Modern Styling (Required):

  You are comfortable working with Tailwind CSS or have a deep enough mastery of CSS to adapt to a utility-first workflow seamlessly.

• Responsive Specialist:

  You have a rock-solid grasp of responsive design principles and a mobile-first mindset.

• On-Site Contributor:

  You are excited about working in-office and being an active part of our collaborative, real-time culture.

• The “Extra” Factor:

  Experience with GSAP (GreenSock) animations is a major plus but not a dealbreaker.
