Overview

An up-and-coming, mixed-use residential community in the Chisholm Creek area needed a distinct identity and a clear marketing strategy for raising awareness. Cornerstone Development hired Ghost because of our reputation in this area and asked us to brand this metropolitan, social and amenity-rich development.

How We Helped

Ghost noticed in our research that the clubhouse of the development had a particularly noteworthy light installation with configurable, programmable LEDs. The installation was so extravagant it could be seen from the turnpike in the distance. The inspiration for naming the development “Argon” came from this installation, as Argon is “a chemical element…that fills incandescent lights to preserve the filaments at high temperature from oxidation.” We developed the mark and color scheme to reflect the bold, strong, noble and prestigious development.
