Overview
Goodwill Central Oklahoma is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering Oklahomans through job training and employment programs. The nonprofit approached Ghost with a clunky, outdated website that no longer met its needs. The existing site was difficult to update without risking broken pages, lacked emphasis on Goodwill’s mission and key programs, and featured a disorganized site map that made navigation frustrating. We stepped in to create a strategic, user-friendly site tailored to Goodwill’s evolving goals.

Content Strategy
With the organization’s long-term growth in mind, we designed a flexible site structure featuring modular content blocks, enabling the Goodwill team to maintain timely, relevant, and mission-aligned content. And of course, it’s designed to look great on any screen.
Client success stories and mission-driven messaging are seamlessly integrated into the site, highlighting how Goodwill’s retail operations directly support its community programs. A redesigned blog features filters to navigate from news articles to educational posts, and a custom store locator helps users easily find the nearest retail store, donation center, or employment resource.
