Overview
The Oklahoma Workforce Commission (OWC) was established to bring greater coordination, accountability, and strategic oversight to Oklahoma's workforce development efforts. As a relatively new agency, OWC needed a clear and consistent way to communicate its purpose, value, and impact to legislators, stakeholders, and the public. Ghost partnered with OWC to develop an integrated library of communication tools designed to build understanding, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and establish a clear narrative around workforce development in Oklahoma.
How We Helped
From there, we developed a modular legislative presentation deck that could be adapted for committee hearings, one-on-one meetings, and stakeholder briefings. Supporting one-sheet materials distilled complex information into concise leave-behind resources, helping audiences quickly understand the agency’s mission, impact, and accountability measures.
Stories of Impact
To bring the agency’s impact to life, we produced a series of long-form videos highlighting workforce partners, programs, and success stories from across the state, showcasing the real-world outcomes of workforce development initiatives and the partnerships helping move Oklahoma forward.
To maximize the value of those stories, we created a content library that the agency can continue to leverage across channels. The library included short-form video reels and social content centered on agency awareness, impact stories, data-driven insights, and OWC’s guiding tenets, providing a steady stream of content to support ongoing communications and stakeholder outreach.
